Every Saturday and Sunday, FEAST (Food by EAST) at EAST Beijing is refreshed with A Bite of Spring, a weekend brunch celebrating the flavours and colours of the season. Guests can help themselves to generous buffet selections while choosing one main course cooked à la minute, from herb bright fish and Yunnan style roasted chicken to vegetarian basil pesto pasta and stacked fluffy pancakes. Open kitchens, long tables, natural light and a dedicated Kid’s Corner make it a comfortable spot for both family weekends and sociable meals with friends.
