Last week, EAST Beijing collaborated with Bowl Yoga to host an innovative event that blended traditional Chinese wellness practices into a modern fitness experience. We brought together the essence of four classic Chinese arts: Tai Chi, Baduanjin, Wuqinxi, and Yijinjing.
