Last week, EAST Beijing collaborated with Bowl Yoga to host an innovative event that blended traditional Chinese wellness practices into a modern fitness experience. We brought together the essence of four classic Chinese arts: Tai Chi, Baduanjin, Wuqinxi, and Yijinjing. Guided by expert instructors, participants immersed themselves in the rhythm of the universe, aligning their breath with fluid movements to cultivate their life energy and achieve a state of mental and physical harmony. As autumn deepens in Beijing, this calming and profound approach to wellness provided a perfect way to unwind and prepare for the seasonal transition, embracing the change with a refreshed mind and body.
