Welcome to the STAY Program… Our specially designed Service Totally About You!
We are excited that you have chosen to make EAST Miami your home away from home and are very appreciative of your ongoing loyalty. As such, we would like to express our immense appreciation, by inducting you to our elite STAY Program, designed around enhancing the experience of our most loyal guests.
ROOM READY UPON ARRIVAL
When you are here, you are Family! As such, we strive to ensure that in case your flight plans bring you to us earlier than our standard check in time of 3pm, you will be at the top of our housekeeping room preparation queue.
AUTOMATIC 1 TIER UPGRADE
We will always place you at the top of the Upgrade list and do our best to provide a higher tier unit, so that you can stretch and enjoy more of EAST.
SPECIALLY DESIGNED KEYCARDS
We will provide you with an exclusive keycard design, which you may keep in your wallet, and reuse between stays. All you have to do is show your special keycard to our team members and enjoy personalized service and preferred support.
TRAVEL LIGHT
As a Road Warrior, traveling fast and light, with only carryon luggage that allows you to skip the baggage carousel hassle, we help you by storing any amount of luggage between your stays.
DRY CLEANING
Showing up for meetings or simply be sharp dressed on a formal outing has never been easier with our complimentary dry-cleaning of 3 pieces per stay. You can use it within your stay, or simply provide the items upon your departure, so that we may clean and press them and keep them for your next arrival. (A designated garment bag will be provided to you)
LATE CHECK-OUT
Automatic 2:00pm late checkout. No need to rush to depart at noon. We understand that your flight arrangements might have you depart later in the day, so we do our best to keep you comfortable longer, until it is time for you to head to the airport.
GOOD MORNING AT DOMAIN
Complimentary morning coffee / tea beverage + pastry at Domain. Just show your STAY program keycard to the Domain attendant, and fuel up for the day ahead, on us!
HOTEL EVENTS
As an extended member of our family, you will be automatically invited to all the exclusive invitation-only Glitzy & Glamorous events that we will be hosting throughout the year.
