Check In & Check Out
Daily check in for arriving guests is at 3:00pm. Check out is at 12 noon. Early or late check in may be requested however is not guaranteed and is subject to a fee.
A person must be 21 years of age or older upon check-in with a government issued photo ID. EAST, Miami reserves the right to deny check-in to guests who are under age 21.
A security deposit of US$150 per night will be authorized from the credit card upon check in.
Package Handling & Mail Delivery
Package Handling Charges apply to all incoming packages. Please note that the rate for packages is US $10 per package received. Any outgoing mail or packages may be sent without a charge but must have shipping pre-paid.
EAST, Miami has specific policies pertaining to dogs. A pet waiver must be signed upon arrival, and guests will be charged a fee of US $100 per pet per stay. Please note there is a 25 lb maximum for dogs. Pets are not allowed in public spaces of the hotel, however, service animals are permitted in the bars and restaurants. No other animals are allowed at EAST, Miami. A $250 fee will be charged for cleaning of animal waste.
Additional Sleeping Needs
Rollaway beds may be obtained by contacting Guest Experience. Rollaway beds have a daily fee of US$40 plus 13% tax and are subject to availability. Baby cribs can be provided at no additional cost and are also subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made by 4:00pm, 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night plus tax fee. Fraudulent activity is strictly monitored. No-shows will result in a 1 night plus tax fee.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Reservations made same day are subject to a one-night deposit at the time of booking. Please be advised that the reservations policies may vary for special seasons, promotions, packages and prepaid reservations.
Smoking in the guest rooms, balconies and terraces is not allowed. Please be advised that the hotel reserves the right to charge a minimum US$605 to guests who violate this policy, with violation charges escalating depending on type.
At EAST, Miami, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is EAST, Miami’s practice to enter any occupied room at least once every 24 hours, even if a guest has requested privacy or is occupying the room. Efforts will be made to provide notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guest room. Additionally, to ensure the highest level of quality in our hotel’s cleanliness, we will provide a light cleaning service every third day of a guests stay, even if a guest has requested privacy.
