Social distancing is no longer required and face masks are optional in the hotel accordingly to the latest guidelines of CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and State of Florida.
All team members will continue submitting to temperature screening upon arrival for each shift and will be equipped with personal protective equipment.
Enhanced Cleaning & Housekeeping Service
Deeper, more frequent cleaning of high-traffic and high-touch areas using virus-eliminating products. Restaurants will use single-serving condiments and paperless QR Menus. High-touch items such as pens and magazines have been removed from guest rooms but are available upon request.
Touchless hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the hotel.
Restaurants and Bars
All our restaurant and bar outlets have resumed normal operation.
All guests will arrive to a sanitized guestroom. Daily housekeeping service is provided when the guest is not present in the room. High touch points like door handles, knobs, pulls and elevator surfaces will be sanitized constantly. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.
