Business meets creativity in our new speaker series, hosted in partnership with TheArtGorgeous.
What's it all about?
IdeasTo Wake Up To
Creativity and business rely on each other – and thrive together. Just as creatives must take on a business mindset to grow, entrepreneurs and the corporate world need creativity to shake things up to innovate.
At EAST, we work playfully and play productively. And we love getting new ideas started. In partnership with TheArtGorgeous, we're bringing together speakers from both sides of the creative-business intersection for a series of short, casual talks and informal networking sessions to connect and inspire each others' communities.
Set across Hong Kong, Beijing and Miami this October through December, leaders in business and creative industries come together to co-create, learn from one another and spark new ideas.

On Empowering FemininityOctober 6, 2021
Both recently named in this year's Tatler GenT list of Young Leaders of Tomorrow, Claudia and Olivia are pioneering a new model of female entrepreneurship. From creative expression to challenging taboos, join us in connecting over the ideas and fresh thinking that these powerful women are bringing to the table.
Olivia Cotes-JamesFounder of LUÜNA
An entrepreneur, founder and CEO, Olivia started LUÜNA in 2019 with an award-winning line of toxin-free feminine hygiene products. With recognitions such as Forbes 30 Under 30 2021 and Hong Kong’s Wellness Entrepreneur of the Year 2021, she's made it her mission to challenge taboos around period care and empower women in Asia with accessible natural menstrual products and and taboo-free knowledge around hormonal health.
Claudia, aka Instagram's @brainxeyes, is an artist and illustrator whose playful, irreverent illustrations have landed her solo exhibitions in Miami, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Beijing. Featured in numerous publications including Tatler, #legend and Time Out, her work normalises female sexuality and societal views of women’s bodies through lighthearted images with clean lines and candy colours.
The next stop at BEIJING
