We would like to take a moment to highlight the steps we are taking to provide a safe and comfortable environment in light of the latest COVID-19 developments.
We have adopted precautionary measures to safeguard the health and safety of our guests and team members. With immediate effect, in addition to the on-going sanitising procedures, temperature checks and travel history checks, all guests are required to complete a Health & Travel Declaration form.
For the purpose of public health and the wellbeing of our guests as well as team members, we regret that we do not accept bookings for guests who have travelled to regions outside of Chinese mainland, Macau in the last 14 days, guests who are required to undergo compulsory quarantine, or guests who live in residential buildings with confirmed cases listed on Hong Kong Department of Health website.
